• You can change the category of your room (single/double rooms or apartments) at any time during your hospitalization. However, the costs for a single room are often not fully covered by private healthcare.
• Please check with your private health insurance whether coverage for our clinic is guaranteed.
• The exceeding costs for the single room as well as telephone bills, meals and drinks for visitors, will be settled directly with you.
• Please note that the Goldenes Kreuz has agreements with all private insurance companies in Austria for direct settlement of hospital bills.
• Should you be without private health care there is the possibility of delivery in our clinic against additional charge. For further information regarding costs and billings, please contact our billing department, phone ++43 (1) 40 111 - 555.
