EFQM Logo großFor the benefit of our patients, affiliated doctors, employees and all interest groups, we continually strive to improve the quality of services offered at the Goldenes Kreuz private clinic. In order to achieve this goal, the hospital decided to implement a quality management system based on the EFQM criteria in 2009. This international framework of criteria can be applied to all sectors and is used by more than 30,000 organizations worldwide to improve their performance and assess their process towards ‘excellence’.

 

In early 2012, our hospital was validated by Quality Austria and has received the international “EFQM - Committed to Excellence” award.

 

Your opinion counts

Through continuous patient surveys and assessments, we keep track of patient feedback concerning the quality of services offered at our hospital. Systematic assessment and analysis of these feedback reports allows us to better tailor our services to your individual needs. Our patients’ feedback is extremely important for us to further improve our services and cater to your particular requirements.
