Welcome to the Goldenes Kreuz
Here is some useful information on your stay at our clinic. It is our aim to make you feel at home at the Goldenes Kreuz and for that purpose your private clinic offers you a number of services and amenities in a modern, friendly atmosphere which you will search in vain in other hospitals. Should you have any other requests, our nursing staff will always be at your disposal.
Our rooms
All our rooms are equipped with telephone, cable TV with remote control, wireless broadband Internet access, radio, safe deposit, refrigerator and air conditioning. A napkin changing facility in the room can be easily arranged upon request. If you like to read, a free daily newspaper will be delivered to your room. There are also lots of books that you can borrow from our library as well as a wide range of newspapers, magazines and books that you can read in the cafeteria.
Visiting hours
Visitors are welcome every day from 7:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m. This, of course, also includes children! You may also wish to inquire about our special rooming-in program for fathers (to find out more, call us at ++43 (1) 40 111 - 530 or 531).
Nutrition
On our daily menu list you will find a choice of four proposed menus (regular, health or special diet). Our dietary expert will assist you in putting together your personal meal plan.
Cafeteria in the winter garden
The cafeteria in the conservatory on the ground floor invites visitors to stay and enjoy a wide range of beverages, cakes and snacks.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays: 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Newspaper, magazines and books are on sale every day. If you are unable to come to the cafeteria in person, we shall be happy to take your orders by phone. Please dial extension number 5905.
